01. Say Hello to Marlo

Meet Marlo, a compact and stylish design at just 72m2, perfect for an inner city retreat or a rural escape amongst the trees. This popular format is simple in nature but inviting.
The home encourages social bonding with a generous living area and kitchen opening to an optional expansive deck, perfect for mingling with family and friends. This opportunity to open up large sliding doors to the deck, doubles the liveable space. The european laundry is another practical feature and allows for clever storage without impacting on space. The well-designed master bedroom located at the rear of the home has ample space and large robes.
This format can be oriented to maximise northerly solar gains through the living areas taking advantage of passive heating and cooling techniques.

02. Clydesdale Country Weekender
This rural retreat provides a compact, ergonomic design that celebrates ‘the luxury of less’. The 8.5 hectare site in Clydesdale just outside of Daylesford has beautiful 270 degree views overlooking a large water feature and jetty. Our prefabricated modular design has been sited on top of a ridge to make full use of the views. It captures the combined essence of the Archiblox Lennon and Fox designs with the house split between one main living module at 72m2 and a detached ‘guest pod’ at 19m2, enabling flexibility between living spaces.

The kitchen has been created to maximise space by adding sophisticated joinery units which use a mixture of overhead and full height cupboards, including storage in the island bench cavities. The master bedroom is plentiful, with a long set of robes and windows from floor to ceiling to maximise views of the surrounding landscape.
The addition of a seperate studio to the side of the home can be used for accommodation, giving its owners a second source of income, enabling them to rent out this stand alone bedroom and ensuite to couples or the entire property to families. It can also be converted to a teenage bedroom, office or workspace.
