Perched above a rolling hill on the outskirts of Bowral, New South Wales this delicately designed residence is broken up into 4 zones. The main residents occupy the upper and lower middle area. The clients mother occupies a third zone with the forth separated for the weekend visitors. The design embraces a northerly aspect capturing the northern sun and a beautifully placed sustainable response.
