Just like a box of chocolates we have put together a collection of our family favourite homes. With easter hot on our heels, its a time to reconnect with family, to socialise and enjoy the ones closest to us. Having a space which encourages these interactions and allows for these bonds to grow well into the future is ideal. If your considering your first home or a more functional second home for your expanding brood, then look no further than our selection of home designs which are catered towards family living.

The Prefabulous Difference
One of the best parts of modular design and prefabrication is that once it’s established the home can easily be modified or moved to an entirely new location in the future. Our homes grow with you, we can upsize or downsize it, no matter the complex family dynamic these the modules can be rearranged around you.
Another great aspect of prefabricated design is the speed. Less time, means less money, thanks to a 50% decrease in construction time compared to regular builds. With modules being constructed offsite in our facility, there is more time for you & your family to stay in your home (if there is an existing house on the property) or to rent it out for longer while your new home is being manufactured.

Floor Plan

This considered floor plan is practical, by minimising unused space and maximising opportunities for the communal kitchen/living areas where spaciousness is required. A generous master bedroom for an indulgent retreat, is located down the end of the sleeping wing for privacy. While the living & dining is at the opposite end facing the large entertaining deck. The bathroom is situated centrally servicing both the living and sleeping areas equally. Suited for a medium sized, family home or empty nesters who have family they wish to accomodate occasionally.

The master suite is perfectly positioned away from the other bedrooms to provide privacy while fronting the home for added security, this room acts as the gate keeper to this sanctuary. The children’s sleeping module is separated to the side, to ensure while adults remain active at night they don’t disturb those sleeping. This home would not be complete without our signature open plan living and dining. So, the Marlo of-course has that too, with a perfectly positioned deck for summertime holidays and long lazy afternoons.

Floor Plan

By using a central air lock system as a divider and climate/noise controller this home is clever in it’s approach. Living and sleeping separately allows for peace and quiet. The living, dining and kitchen boast ample space, which doubles in size when you include the large outdoor deck. The Sunday understands family life, the need for peace and time apart, also for the engagement and closeness we need with our loved ones. Let the Sunday help you mediate the chaos of living.
