Our team at Archiblox were recently nominated for the 2018 Yarra Sustainability Awards, in the category of ‘Business’. This award celebrates the outstanding achievements in sustainability of local schools and children’s centres, businesses, sustainable buildings, community organisations and individuals.

The winners were announced during the awards ceremony at Collingwood Town Hall on Thursday 28th June 2018. Although we didn’t bring home the gong.

We personally want to congratulate the winners BETTER CUP we think what they are doing is pretty cool! and should be celebrated! Bettercup aim to eliminate single use cups from events and festivals, through providing customised solutions to meet client needs. Their services include the hire or purchase of Melbourne-made cups, washing, on-site management, collection and storage services. Bettercup is scaling up and recently supplied 25,000 cups to the Dark MOFO festival in Tasmania.
